Author of the book "The principle of non-retroactivity in Brazilian tax law" 2014 and the articles "Transfer Price and the constitutional limits of profit adjustment" 2007, "Legal Security and Liability arising from the declaration of unconstitutionality of ICMS tax incentives" 2015 , and "Compliance in business associations, from the book Compliance in perspective: in corporate governance and business ethics", 2019.
He participated in several projects for structuring companies and entrepreneurs’ assets to create instruments for tax protection and efficiency in Brazil and abroad. He has conducted and has been acting in administrative and judicial tax proceedings, with excellent results, both to avoid undue charges and to recover amounts unduly paid.

She has participated in several operations involving company restructuring and business development in Brazil and throughout Latin America, always seeking to balance a strong presence in Brazil with good synergy with strategic partners and a specific role in coordinating multidisciplinary work.
